Full Diagnosis
POS conducts a deep-dive assessment of the operational system problem and scaffolds the implementation plan before the Design Session. We come prepared, not improvised.
Design Session
A 90–120 minute online consultation. POS and the principal co-develop the implementation plan together. You own the plan — we build it with you, not for you.
Implementation & Check-Ins
You launch the plan with your staff. POS check-ins at agreed junctions keep implementation on track and adapt to what is emerging in real time.
Reflect — Measure the Impact
POS data triangulation with key staff, followed by a 60-minute Reflection Session. POS delivers the written Reflection Summary and you decide together on next steps.

Do I need to complete the Scorecard before booking a chat?
It is strongly recommended but not required. The Scorecard gives us a specific, data-driven starting point for the conversation — it makes the 20-minute scorecard review significantly more useful for you. It takes 10 minutes and you can see your results immediately.
What happens in the 20-minute scorecard review conversation?
You tell us what is happening in your school. We listen, ask a few targeted questions based on your Scorecard results, and give you an honest assessment of what we see. There is no pitch. If we think we can help, we will say so and explain what that looks like. If we do not think we are the right fit, we will tell you that too.
Is the Strategy Session just a sales call for the bigger packages?
No. The Strategy Session is a working session. You leave with a written action plan you can use immediately, regardless of whether you proceed. Most principals tell us the session alone was worth the investment. If we recommend a further engagement, we will explain exactly why — and there is no obligation to proceed.
How is the implementation work delivered?
All sessions are delivered online and in person if requested. This means we work with principals across Australia and internationally without the cost of travel. Check-ins are scheduled at agreed points during implementation and are typically 45–60 minutes.
Can my school system or Diocese engage POS for multiple schools?
Yes. We welcome system and multi-school enquiries. The process is the same but scoped across a cohort of principals. Get in touch directly to discuss what that looks like for your context.
What if I am a new principal or just starting in a new school?
The School Partner tier is specifically designed for new principals and schools in transition. The first 12 months in a new role is the highest-leverage window for building the systems that will define how your school operates for years. We help you build them right from the start.
